Return and Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, Shudh Bite generally does not accept return or refund requests. However, we understand that certain situations may arise, and we are committed to finding fair and amicable solutions for our patrons. Please review the following conditions and procedures for specific situations:
1. Damaged Product:
- Notification: Report any damaged products within 5 days from the delivery date by sending an email to order@shudhbite.com
- Required Information: Include your order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product in your email.
- Resolution: We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product. We aim to work with you to find a fair resolution.
- Response Time: Expect an email response within 24-48 hours, followed by full assistance.
2. Missing Product:
- Notification: Notify Shudh Bite of any missing products within 5 days from the delivery date via email to order@shudhbite.com
- Required Information: Include your order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received in your email.
- Resolution: While refund requests for missing products are not accepted, we will promptly re-send the missing product.
- Response Time: Anticipate an email response within 24-48 hours, followed by full assistance.
3. Spoiled Product:
- Notification: Inform Shudh Bite of any spoilage within 10 days from the delivery date via email to order@shudhbite.com
- Required Information: Include your order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.
- Resolution: Returns due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma cannot be accepted due to the natural and handmade nature of our products. However, we will work with you to find a fair solution, and the product will be replaced after due investigation.
- Response Time: Expect an email response within 24-48 hours, followed by full assistance.
